Junior Charlotte Richman of Ida B. Wells (formerly Wilson) ran a personal best time of 18:07.7 to win the girls varsity PIL meet at Lents Park in Portland on Wednesday, March 17. Richman wore a mask in the race, which is required under Oregon Health Authority regulations.
